These terms apply to all digital products and programs offered through the Rackets Universe website and related services.
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Rackets Universe, operated by Rainer Möllenbeck, and you.

The terms "we", "us" or "our" shall refer to Rackets Universe. The terms "you", "your", "User" or "customer" shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement or uses our website and services.
Rackets Universe provides digital learning materials, Court Helper cards, development tools and mentorship programs.
Digital products are delivered as downloadable files or digital access after successful payment.
All digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale or sharing is not permitted. All content, including texts, graphics, systems, digital cards and methods are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission from Rackets Universe is not permitted.
The Court Helper Method is part of the Rackets Universe development system.
Prices are displayed on the website. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay any and all prices and fees due at the time you order the services. We reserve the right to change or modify prices and fees at any time; such changes shall be posted on the website and effective immediately.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all charges and payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable once access has been granted.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not possible after download or access has been granted.
All materials are provided for educational purposes. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided. No guarantee is given for athletic results. Your use of this website and services shall be at your own risk and is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackets Universe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Rackets Universe reserves the right to modify these terms, products, content or programs at any time. Changes shall be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Mentorship programs and development guidance offered by Rackets Universe are educational services designed to support personal and athletic development. They do not constitute medical, psychological or professional therapeutic services. Participation in training, competition or development programs is the responsibility of the player and their guardians where applicable. Rackets Universe does not guarantee specific performance outcomes or competitive results.
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is the place of business of the operator (8832 Wollerau, Switzerland).
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in Switzerland. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
