Rackets Universe provides digital learning materials, coaching services, development tools, and mentorship programs.

Digital products refer to analysis reports, files, or digital access to our services. All sales are final.

All digital products purchased are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our content is prohibited. Included technical platforms, digital tools, and methods are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized usage or redistribution will result in permanent loss of access and legal measures if required.

The Court – Experience Platform is part of the Rackets Universe development system.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed on the website. Payments are processed through Stripe and you agree to pay any and all prices and fees related to the use of the services. We reserve the right to change or modify prices at any time; such changes shall be posted on the website and effective immediately.

Except as expressly provided in these terms, all charges and payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable unless required by law.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not possible after download or access has been granted.

8. Liability

All content is organized for educational purposes. No guarantees are given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. We are not liable for any specific results. Your use of the website and materials is at your own risk and is provided "as is" and "as available."

All Court – Experience and digital materials are licensed for personal use only.

11. Mentorship Disclaimer

Mentorship programs and coach guidance offered by Rackets Universe are educational services designed to support personal and athletic development. They are not substitutes for medical or psychological advice or professional services. Participation in training, competition, or development programs is the responsibility of the player and their guardians where applicable. Rackets Universe does not guarantee specific performance outcomes or competitive results.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of 9406 Mörschwil shall be used.
